About 2nd Generation CarAIDE Multi-Tool

Dear backers,
Thank you all for your backing CarAIDE in our Feb-Mar crowdfunding campaign. CarAIDE is committed to making more perfect automotive tools, and we will continue to develop and manufacture a variety of new products in this field!
We manufactured 1000 units of CarAIDE Multi-Tool in the first batch and shipped all of them to our backers. During the meantime, we optimized CarAIDE and upgraded it with some new features. Later, we shipped over 400 units of 2nd generation of CarAIDE Multi-Tool, 3X, to the rest of our backers. The CarAIDE 3X Multi-Tool, is a 18-in-1 emergency kit with smart jump start technology.
As a result, some of our backers received 1st generation CarAIDE and the rest of them received 2nd generation. For this reason, we are going to send every backer a $30 coupon, instead of previously promised $20 coupon, for each unit you purchased during our Kickstarter campaign.
In order to improve the user experience, our team is constantly upgrading the product, we hope that every user is satisfied, please give us time to allow us continue to grow. 162 backers' orders shipped through FedEx

We received 400 units from our manufacturer last week and finished packing them today. This week, 162 backers' order will be shipped from Philadelphia to their address by FedEx.

CarAIDE will ship all rewards before Amazon listing

Dear Backers,
There are some updates about CarAIDE that we have to explain to every backer.
1. The shipping date:
CarAIDE shipped 557 units to half of our backers in May 2019 and most of the 557 backers have received CarAIDE Multi-Tool 3S. Another 400 units are on the way to Philadelphia and we will ship them to US domestic backers from Philadelphia.
We are very close to finish with our second manufacturing round and will ship the awards to the rest of the 300 backers once the products become available.
Our team suggested shipping the rest of the 300 units after the product is listed on Amazon. The reason we suggested that is because we trust Amazon has a better logistics service. About 5 backers mentioned that this is not acceptable. After detailed discussion within our team, we decided to do international shipping directly from the factory to backers, rather than waiting until the product is available on Amazon.
2. The tracking number release
Last week, we released the tracking number and backer names. Some backers were worried about the privacy issues. Later, Kickstarter.com helped us to delete the tracking number from the page so that this will not happen again.
3. Product development
During our Kickstarter campaign in February, three backers asked us about type-c USB function. We told the backers that we are thinking about adding Type-C USB function in the future.
CarAIDE R&D team began work on Type-C USB in March. The Type-C USB cannot be added so far. We believe in our third manufacturing round, there will be Type-C available on the CarAIDE Multi-Tool.
By the way, just saw a new comment from one of our backers. He tested the CarAIDE. Thank you Derek for letting us know and giving us confidence.

The tracking number for the first 557 backers

Hi, Dear backers,
In the past two months, CarAIDE finished the first manufacturing in our factory. Two months ago, the fund we have in hand is only good for manufacture and ship 1000 units. So we made the first manufacture just for our backers. Here are the first name list and tracking number of first 557 backers.
About 400 units are shipping to Philadelphia in a boat. We will do shipping to some US domestic backers from Philly in about 2 weeks. I will update the tracking number for the 400 units people.
The second manufacturing is going to be finished later this month. For those who can not receive the product this month, we will have more options for you and also a surprise for you.
For every backer who supported CarAIDE in our kickstarter crowdfundings, we will have more gifts for you when the product is available in the market. Just wait and see.
Withour your help, CarAIDE will not be successful.
