Dear Backers,
Apologies for the late update here. The past several weeks have been extremely busy. We’ve received some additional funding which has allowed us to further invest in finalization of production.
We shipped products to backers from most of the countries/regions. United States might be one of the last country that we could start to ship. About 400 units are on the boat now and will be delivered to Philadelphia. We will ship those 400 units to US backers from Philly. We estimate over 70% of our backers will have received the product by end of June.
Still, some backers will not get product this time. Don't worry, we will be providing your new product once it’s available on Amazon in July.
About 40% of the backers already received their CarAIDE. Some people are very happy and they like the product very much. Some people think the product is not quite perfect yet and needs a bit of improvement for next generations. We will listen to everyone's input as we develop this product. And work try to make our tool more powerful.
We promised to give backers a $20 store coupon, but have not released this yet. The reason is there is no stock in our store, so the coupon will not help. We plan to sell on Amazon this July and we will give every backer a surprise. Stay tuned!
Next week, we will let you know more about CarAIDE's progress.

Dear backers,
Thank you for all your help, CarAIDE made the first manufacture in late April. We got 1000 units and definitely our backers will be the first to get the product.
According to our survey, a little more than 1000 units are going to be sent to our backers. We will sent the product according the order of our backers. So whoever backed CarAIDE earlier, will get the product earlier.
Some backers sent emails saying they will move and will have to change address. Please also send your Kickstarter crowdfunding order number to us, so will can record and make sure you get the product in your correct address.

What if you did not get the survey email?

We received tons of emails, messages, comments yesterday. Many backers were trying to ask the same question, where is my survey email? Please know that sometimes emails get lost, or can not even be delivered due to technical reasons.
Here we are offering another way to fill backers' address. Please visit the following link.

This is a safe link and is authorized by both CarAIDE and Kickstarter. Please click the link and leave your email, which is associated with Kickstarter account. You will get an email for the survey platform.
In the past 24 hours, 647 among all the 1060 backers completed the survey and the backers ordered a total of US$2,162.00 in our backer-only store. 413 backers have not yet open the link. You still have time to do this job. The due date is April 15, 2019.
CarAIDE provides a free power adapter for our backers and the voltage is 100V-240V, which is going to work in any country/region in the world. We are also going to send backers from different country/region a different adapter.
